Joseph Eric Van Loock

Panama City, Florida

Eric Van Loock grew up in Mobile, Alabama where his parents, Joe and Gloria, instilled in him the values of hard work and doing the right thing. Eric graduated from McGillToolen Catholic High School in Mobile and then attended college at the University of South Alabama (USA). While enrolled at USA, Eric's studies included courses at the College of Nursing as well as in psychology and business. His senior thesis was selected as one of the top three of his graduating class.

After graduation from USA, Eric attended the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. During his years at law school, Eric also worked for a personal injury firm located in Birmingham. He found his undergraduate studies in nursing greatly aided his ability to discern the medical issues in each case and present them in a way that bolstered the client's claim.

Following graduation, Eric embarked on finding a career in law that allowed him to help those in need and give back to the community. He found this in being a state prosecutor, first for the 14th Judicial Circuit in Florida and subsequently at the 4th Judicial Circuit in

In order to continue practicing in a field of law where he felt he could continue in the same vein by assisting individuals during some of their most trying times, Eric chose to enter the practice of family law.

Eric is dedicated to Ms. Reed's vision of providing aggressive and compassionate assistance to our clients.
